Pallet specification sheets, drawn from the numbers.
Type in a pallet's sizes. Pallet Spec lays out every board and block, draws every view and prints a standard A4 sheet. The drawing on this page is being plotted, right now, by the same engine.
How it works
-
1
Describe the pallet
Overall size, then the layers from the top down: deck boards, blocks or stringers, bottom boards. Each layer is a row in one table.
-
2
The engine lays it out
Gaps, overhangs and nail positions are worked out from the numbers. A layer that will not fit is refused with the reason, not drawn wrong.
-
3
Print the sheet
Top, side, end, bottom and 3D views on one A4 sheet, with a component list and handling marks. PDF for the customer, DXF for the CAD desk.
A design, start to finish
Open a design, change a size and watch every view follow. Nudge a single board, save it and print the sheet. Recorded in the demo, which you can try yourself.
One sheet, every time
Every design prints to the same layout, so a customer, a sawyer and a quality inspector all read it the same way. The sheet shown here is drawn live in this page by the same code that prints the PDF.
